Located at 1307 S Valley Mills Dr in Waco, TX, YAKI Texas Teriyaki is the perfect place for comfort food with a Texas twist. Our menu blends Texas BBQ and teriyaki flavors that will leave you full and satisfied. We started as a food truck in 2020 and now serve our community from the YAKI Drive-In. You can enjoy our food by dining on-site (outdoor picnic area), ordering pickup/takeout, or ordering delivery.

If you're in the mood for something fast or looking for an affordable & portable meal, YAKI Texas Teriyaki is the place to be. Our restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and we’re ready to serve you delicious, smoked meals every day (except Mondays)

If you get lucky enough to try the brisket, please please do it!!! I usually get the smoked salmon because the brisket is always out and I was not disappointed! The guys working here are always so nice, good music.
